Watching Robert work was like watching a performance of Cirque du Soleil. He juggled a multitude of tasks that were often highly interdependent and managed to keep all the balls in the air, seemingly with ease. He possessed the rare combination of being an amazing operator, excellent project manager and inspirational supervisor, sometimes all at the same time. It was a pleasure to just sit back and watch him work. The only issue we had was how to assign a role to him that both maximized his contribution and kept him challenged. The latter was not easy as challenging him was not something easily achieved regardless of how much work we threw at him.
